VICTORY PARTY SET FOR 3 BACK TO BACK CHAMPIONSHIPS

As they did last year, again San Sebastian College snatched championships in Junior Basketball, Junior Volleyball and Senior Female Volleyball in the NCAA 2006-2007 Season. Bringing home the bacon, the jubilant teams will be honored in a victory party with the triumphant Sebastian Community next week. So come one, come all! Stand out and be proud. LADY STAGS SLAP LADY KNIGHTS IN CHAMPIONSHIP BOUT

Setting in for 3 out of 5 during the finals, powerful lady Sebastinians blew a smashing win over Letranites in the final game held at the Ninoy Aquino Stadium, 15th of September. The heart-stopping match glued Letranites to a two-set win as the lady stags lashed them out with a final hit in the last set.

As the strongest opponent, Lady Knights held leadership in the first round of 4 games, while the Lady Stags came threating by getting the first position in the second round of competition. Thus, the championship match.

The final match was finished in 3 games. Letran got the first and San Sebastian strongly held the last two.

The Lady Stags still hold the record of an undefeated championship feat in senior female volleyball division. Resting in 2004 season, victory remains unsnatched from San Sebastian. BRAVO BASTE!
