This organizations shall be known as “The Parliament”. The Pre-Law Association of San Sebastian College-Recoletos. The official seal of the Parliament shall be Three Pillars representing Justice, Truth and Equality. Parliamentarians, in the exercise of their rights and in the performance of their duties, act with justice, give everyone his due and observe honesty and good faith.
