PARLIAMENTARY PROCEDURE
The course deals with the fundamental parliamentary rules and procedures with emphasis on quorum, meeting and session, debates, committees and committee reports, voting, nominations and elections as well as the kind and classification of motions of the deliberative assemblies. It includes the characteristics and precedence of motion and progress.
