SENIOR BASKETBALL TRYOUT UPDATE

Five schools from Manila and Quezon City sent their best players to join the Senior Basketbal Tryout last Saturday, March 6 at the SSC-R gym. The tryout seeks to uncover potential cagers who will have the opportunity to be trained and later join the STAGS, 2009 NCAA Senior Basketball Champion.

Coached and supervised by Jimbo Aquino (NCAA Champion MVP), Gilbert Bulawan and the rest of the STAGS, the hopefuls were given warm-up exercises and were matched to determine early potentials.

Tryout continues every Saturday 7:30 am. Top performers are encouraged to maintain their best play as they are given continuous training.

The Basketball Tryout is still open to all male high school graduating students of Metro Manila and nearby provinces. Participants are required to bring yellow and red jerseys during tryout matches and training.
