Aside from the physical renovation in a number of offices and campus areas, SSC-R takes a serious effort of providing its clientele the best and efficient services by initiating proper and safer record management through partnership with UBIX. Since July of this year, UBIX has been assisting the Registrar’s Office in digitization of records and in providing back-up copies with embedded software both for school and client consumption. This document-imaging partnership is viewed to increase customer satisfaction through faster and more accurate provision of documents. And as a global move, this developmental effort will soon touch the rest of the school offices.
The partnership was formalized during the contract signing done last October 15, 2009 by and between Rev. Fr. Anthony Morillo, SSC-R Manila President and Mr. Eisen A. Balcueva, UBIX Asst. Vice-President.
